Raise Your Vibes


If you've heard people talking about attaining or being at a higher vibration you may wonder what exactly they mean by this. As we know energy is all around us and within us, the universe is made up of energy.

"Quantum physicists discovered that physical atoms are made up of vortices of energy that are constantly spinning and vibrating, each one radiating its own unique energy signature. Therefore, if we really want to observe ourselves and find out what we are, we are really beings of energy and vibration, radiating our own unique energy signature -this is fact and is what quantum physics has shown us time and time again."

Each of us vibrate energetically at our own frequency. For those who vibrate at a lower frequency, the denser their energy is. Vibrating at a low frequency can cause physical discomfort, feeling heavy emotions, confusion, and psychically your energy is darker. You may feel sluggish and need to exude a great deal of effort to accomplish even the simplest tasks and goals. Life feels negative most of the time.

When the frequency of your energy, or vibration is higher you begin to feel and notice many benefits. For example, you feel lighter physically, emotionally, and mentally. It's like everything feels light, there is no heaviness weighing you down. You feel more peaceful, joyful, confident, and have greater clarity of vision in regard to your life. It is much easier to deal with any emotional or physical pain and discomfort. Your energy is full of light, and life takes on a positive quality.

So far, we know that we as humans vibrate energetically at different frequencies between low and high, we also know that those who vibrate at a higher frequency have many more positive feelings and experiences, now let's look at how we can raise our vibration.

Raise your Vibes-

1. Keep a gratitude journal, be mindful of things in your life you are grateful for.

2. Associate with positive people, remember, your VIBE attracts your TRIBE.

3. Eat raw food more. Raw foods are organic and unprocessed, gifts of nourishment from Mother Earth.

4. Take a few minutes to meditate or do yoga. The mind-body connection has many amazing benefits including raising your vibration.

5. Ground yourself to the Earth. Grounding works best when you can get outside, remove your shoes and socks and literally connect to the Earth. Here is a little bit more about grounding taken from the U.S. National Library of Medicine-

"Grounding or earthing refers to direct skin contact with the surface of the Earth, such as with bare feet or hands, or with various grounding systems. Multi-disciplinary research has revealed that electrically conductive contact of the human body with the surface of the Earth (grounding or earthing) produces intriguing effects on physiology and health."

6. Repeat positive affirmations.

7. Be mindful of your thoughts, what you think and feel becomes you.

8. Appreciate the beauty around you or go somewhere you think is beautiful that makes you feel peaceful and calm.

9. Breathe deeply and with intention, in through your nose and a long breath out through your mouth.

10. Absorb sunlight and moonlight (don't forget the sunscreen!)

11. De-clutter your space, you will feel much calmer in an area that is not cluttered and full.

12. Be creative, allow your right brain to take over and create whatever comes mind.

13. Take a bath with Epsom salts, include essential oils you like or dried herbs.

14. Drink more water.

15. Do more physical activity to get your blood pumping and the feel-good chemicals in your brain flowing,

16. Practice random acts of kindness.

17. Have a tech detox, take time away from your phone and electronics, it's amazing how good you feel when you do this.

18. Finally say no to people and things that drain your energy and make you feel negative or unhappy.
